Here are various reports pulled from the San Juan Capistrano Police Services dispatch log over the past few days. The calls represent what radio dispatchers told to a sheriff's deputies in the field. The true nature of an incident often differs.



At 7:17 p.m. Sunday near the intersection of Edgewood Road and Aspen Way, a caller reported several teenagers setting fire to leaves and paper in the park. No further details were reported.


At 1:55 a.m. Sunday in the 27900 block on Golden Ridge Lane, a caller reported a man throwing and breaking items inside the residence. The caller locked herself inside the bedroom, while the man was banging on the bedroom door. The man was just released from jail for spitting on a police officer. The man was arrested and taken to the Central Men's Jail in Santa Ana.


At 3:35 p.m. Saturday in the 31800 block on Del Obispo Street, a caller reported a man passed out inside Ralph's grocery storeby the Redbox movie kiosk. The Orange County Fire Authority arrived on the scene. No further details were reported.


At 8:23 p.m. Friday in the 26500 block on Orangewood Road, a caller reported obscene sticky notes left on the caller's car. No further details were reported.
