CRIME REPORTS: Pepper Spray at the Bar, Bad Singing

Here are various reports pulled from the San Clemente Police Services dispatch log over the past few days.

At 7:26 a.m. on Friday at 1100 block on Buena Vista, a caller reported her neighbor playing pornographic movies at a high volume and she can hear them from her apartment. The caller stated this has been an on-going problem.

At 11:58 a.m. on Friday at 100 block on Avenida Santa Inez, a caller reported a milkshake thrown at his car during the night. The caller stated this was the third time this has happened. No further details were reported.

 At 5:28 p.m. on Friday at Cristianitos road and 5 Freeway a 70-year-old man was carrying a black brief case while walking in the middle of traffic lanes on the overpass. No further details were reported.

At 6:40 p.m. on Friday at 300 block on Avenida Cabrillo, a caller reported 8 teenagers drinking and smoking pot in the street. The caller reported the seven boys and one girl riding around in a blue jeep while throwing beer cars in the street.

At 10:35 p.m. on Friday at Calle Alumbrado, a caller stated she received a phone call telling her pay a drug bill for a 48-year old white man. The caller also said she believes there is an acquaintance squatting inside her house driving her vehicle. The man, who has dark shaved hair, is driving the caller's Jaguar convertible. The caller was in Oregon when she reported the incident.

 At 11:26 p.m. on Saturday at 600 block on Camino De Los Mares, a caller reported inside a closed store on her camera. The caller reported the person was standing close to the video games and the front door. No further details were reported.

At 6:38 p.m. on Sunday at 1500 block on Ola Vista, a caller reported a man throwing a woman's purse in the street. The caller did not know who the people were, but they were tearing up the neighbor's bushes and throwing them into the street, as well.

At 12:14 p.m. on Sunday at 200 block on El Camino Real, a caller reported a 40 year-old Persian man with short dark hair wearing a blue shirt assaulted and pepper sprayed a Red Fox Lounge employee. The man left on foot and was arrested and taken to jail in Santa Ana.

At 5:58 p.m. on Sunday at Camino De Los Mares and Camino El Molino, a caller reported a 50-year-old man in a Hawaiian shirt yelling at woman at the bus stop in front of Stater Brothers. The caller reported the man trying to hit the woman with a pick, but the woman ignored him. No further details were reported.

 At 7:12 p.m. on Sunday at 600 block Avenida Victoria, a caller reported man street performing and singing very loudly and badly in front of The Fisherman's Restaurant. No further details were reported.

At 4:16 a.m. on Monday at 3800 block Calle Del Establo, a caller reported two men wearing dark clothing trying to break in car doors. An 18 year-old man was arrested and taken to Central Mens Jail in Santa Ana.
